From October 24th to 25th, 2013, the Fourth Council of the Eighth Session of China Electronic Audio Industry Association and the Industry Situation Analysis and Exchange Conference and the Ninth Member Congress were held in Huadu, Guangzhou. The conference reviewed and approved 5 proposals including "Proposal for launching "China's Top 100 Electronic Audio"", "Proposal for launching industry "Technological Innovation and Selection" activities", and "Proposal for launching industry "Quality Benchmarking" activities" . The conference also elected the ninth council. Zhou Haichang, chairman of Guoguang Electric Co., Ltd., was elected as the new chairman of the board of directors, Chen Lixin was again elected as secretary general of the association, and Qin Zhishang was elected as honorary chairman.
